Visited the store on 04/09/2026 at about 1.45pm. This is my second time at the store and I was back to confirm my purchase. I had been served by a very friendly, knowledgeable and capable personnel by the name of Jeff. His polite attitude made it very easy to communicate with. His knowledge on the products was extensive and helped in nailing down the type of items you require. Jeff listens to your requirements and even asked for your renovation theme in order to recommend the suitable colour combination. If there is something unnecessary or unsuitable, he will let you know. He is not the type who will push to you buy things that you do not need. This is a very rare trait for a salesperson when large part of their earnings are through commission. Jeff was never pushy and encouraged you to take your time to consider and made himself available when you needed his advice. Through his recommendations, I bought toilet bowls, shower sets, vanity sets with taps, gas hob and hood set, storage water heater and 5 ceiling fans. Homus offers extensive collection of toilet fittings and they have great bundle deals. Please do your research and look around as what other stores have different prices and range. However, to get good service and suggestions, Jeff is the one you need to speak to. He is the reason why I purchase so many items from a single store. Jeff, thank you for the excellent service and attitude. You have made my bathroom fittings purchase a very smooth and enjoyable one. Thank you!
We came here for their bundle promotion which the price are very worth, based on the selection of items they provide and they allow to customize the bundle to our likings with a bit of top up towards the bundle price. The staff who is serving us, Jeff is very patience and helpful towards our needs and provide very good advice. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family members.
